WHW Akademija
This transdisciplinary educational program was developed by the Zagreb-based four-person curators’ collective WHW (What, How & for Whom). It seeks to embody an institutional intervention in the increasingly school-like educational sphere dominated by academies and universities. The objective is to go beyond classic artistic training and make possible an open learning process through which the artistic perspective can be transferred to other areas of social and political life. The works of the Kontakt Collection serve WHW Akademija as a basis for its curriculum. WHW Akademija is realized with funding from Kontakt, ERSTE Foundation, the Foundation for Arts Initiatives, and the Trust for Mutual Understanding.
